Shipping and Returns

Turn Around Time (TAT)

All items that are listed on the website are ready to ship. This includes all hats and clothing items that you see on our site. RTS items ship in 1-3 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends and does not include shipping time. If the item is a custom order or a preorder, (will be stated on item listing) it could potentially have a longer TAT that will be specified on the individual item listing. Do NOT order a preorder or custom item with a RTS item. If so, the items will ship together at the longest TAT.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (2-5 business days depending on your location). This is in addition to the TAT mentioned above.

UNTAMABLE TOTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE HANDED OVER TO USPS. You will need to contact USPS for further actions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR ADDRESS AND ALL INFORMATION ARE CORRECT BEFORE COMPLETING AN ORDER AT CHECKOUT TO AVOID LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS.

CANCELLATIONS are not accepted, once an order is placed there will be no changes or cancellations.

RETURN POLICY: All sales final. Due to the nature of the product we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please read all descriptions within the listings carefully before purchasing.
